Last year, Gordon Ramsay Holdings announced it’d be closing Maze and Maze Grill in Melbourne after concluding that the restaurants were not “sustainable.”

It also closed two Maze locations in Prague and Cape Town over the last few years, but locations in New York, London and Qatar continue to operate. Ramsay is best known in the U.S. for his starring role in “Kitchen Nightmares,” where he visits struggling restaurants in a bid to rescue them from financial ruin.
